PAINT

Nearly as soon as I discovered I was left handed, I used that hand to paint and draw. I majored in design and painting at UTK and earned a BFA. I went on to work in numerous company design departments as well as freelancing in illustration for literary magazines, writers, publications and companies. My favorite thing to do is to make art and when I haven’t been working on brief based projects, I’ve found that a destination for this work is often revealed much later after the process of creation. I work in watercolor, oils, with ink and ballpoint pen and also digitally in photoshop, illustrator and procreate.
